What’s Your Favorite Fitness Tune?

When I workout with a partner, the competitive side of me takes hold. I run at a pace that is respectable and go as far of a distance as my partner wants to go (or more). If we’re lifting weights, I am focused on using proper form and doing my best.
But if I am working out alone, I sometimes become lost in thoughts. As I come out of my reverie, I realize that I’m not running as quickly as I can or I’m not using the best form while lifting a weight. However, if I have music with an inspiring beat, I concentrate and perform with more intensity.
