stress relax sign (400x400)Everyone gets in a rut sometimes about exercising. It can feel repetitive, like it takes too much time, or that you are just plain tired from everything else going on in your life. In other words, life gets in the way, and you become overwhelmed. To stay inspired, you need a plan of action, and revisiting your original workout goals can make a big difference.

Like me, it may have been a while since you set your goals when starting an exercise program. Sit down when you aren’t feeling stressed so that you can think clearly and rethink your goals. A lot has probably changed, and your exercise schedule may need to be reworked so you aren’t stressed about it any longer. You’ll be happier when you do your workouts, as well as in other areas of your life.
