You really don’t need to go to the gym to exercise. There’s plenty you can do right in your own backyard.

Besides, on a warm summer day, who wants to spend their time inside a hot, stinky gym?

Take advantage of a nice day and try these simple body-sculpting moves outside. Each movement is a compound exercise, so you’re targeting several muscles at once for a greater calorie burn and total-body workout.

All you need is a good quality resistance band and a stability ball. You’ll see that using minimal equipment and your own body weight is very effective for toning your whole body.
