I have a confession to make: I’ve gotten a little lazy. I used to live at the gym and workout religiously. And then life got in the way. I started going a little less, and a little less. These days I am happy if I make it a few days a month. And my running? My 25 miles a week? Well, after pregnancy and having my son, I never really got up to that level again. Whether you are marathon walking, speed walking, or walking for fun, you need to keep your body hydrated. The easiest test to do is to check the color of your urine. In order to get some quality walks in, you do need to have good posture. Walking hunched over, or putting too much pressure in the wrong places, may actually do more harm than good.
